All-in-One Stepper Motor Driver & Controller

The amiciSmart XY-SMD6 combines a stepper motor driver and controller into one compact unit. It is designed for 42/57/86 series common-cathode stepper motors and provides built-in motion programs, CW/CCW control, homing, adjustable microstepping and digital operation.

With 27 built-in operating modes, the unit can handle different motion sequences without requiring a separate PLC or controller box for supported applications.

27 BUILT-IN Mode

The controller provides 26 motion sequence programs from P0-01 to P0-26, covering functions such as:

Encoder-follow operation
Jog control
Unidirectional cycling
Bidirectional cycling
Homing
Limit-switch stop
Time-triggered operation

This makes the unit suitable for different single-axis motion-control requirements.

DIGITAL DISPLAY & ROTARY ENCODER

The dual-line LED display and rotary encoder provide convenient control and setup. The display can show parameters such as:
