- WHY DO YOU NEED THIS PRODUCT?-For projects requiring Hall-sensor BLDC motor control with adjustable speed, direction, braking and speed-feedback functions, this compact driver brings multiple control interfaces together on one board.
- 200W HIGH-POWER BLDC DRIVER – Supports 5–40V DC, 15A continuous and up to 25A peak current for compatible 3-phase BLDC motors.
- HALL-SENSOR CONTROL – Supports 60°/120° Hall electrical angle, with 120° as default. Connect U/V/W motor phases with H1/H2/H3 Hall signals.
- PWM & ANALOG SPEED CONTROL – VSP supports PWM control from 30–100% duty cycle with 1–20kHz frequency for adjustable motor speed.
- FG SPEED FEEDBACK – Provides a 5V FG pulse output for motor speed feedback, useful for compatible control and monitoring setups.
- DIRECTION & BRAKE CONTROL – Dedicated DIR input supports CW/CCW direction control, while low-level BRK activates electronic braking.
- TEMPERATURE PROTECTION – Thermal protection activates around 100°C and recovers at approximately 85°C. Follow specified operating limits.
- MULTIPLE INTERFACE CONNECTIONS - Provides dedicated terminals for DC power (VCC/GND), motor phases (U/V/W), Hall sensors (5V/H1/H2/H3/GND), speed control (VSP), speed feedback (FG), direction (DIR), and brake (BRK).
- COMPACT DIY MOTOR DRIVER – Approx. 63.5 × 43.2mm PCB, suitable for compatible BLDC motors, fans, pumps, automation, motorized mechanisms and DIY projects.
