How to use

Disconnect charger and loads
Work on the pack with the charger and all loads disconnected.

Connect the balance leads in order
Connect each balance wire to its cell in the order marked on the board. Check every wire with a multimeter before plugging the connector in.

Mount and switch on
Fix the board where air can reach it, then use the sleep switch to turn balancing on.

An active equalization (capacitor) board for 4S to 16S lithium battery packs. Instead of burning off extra charge as heat, it moves energy from higher cells to lower ones at up to 5.5A and keeps cells within ≤5mV of each other. It works with LiFePO4, ternary lithium, Li-ion and LTO packs, uses a 2OZ copper PCB rated for -10°C to 60°C, and has a sleep mode that cuts standby current below 0.1mA. 1-year warranty.
