Is this the same as the 60A 3-phase auto reconnect protector?
No. That is a different product (1xTOMZN-VPD3-60) with built-in 60A switching. This relay drives an external contactor.
Can I use it on single-phase 230V?
No — it is a 3-phase 300–500V industrial relay, not a single-phase 230V protector.
