How to use

Choose the rating
10A for small heaters and lamps, 25A for 3D printer beds and incubators, 40A for large heaters and heavy panels.

Switch off the power
Isolate the AC supply before wiring. Use an electrician if you are unsure.

Wire control and load
Connect your 3–32V DC control signal to the input side and the AC load to the output side, as marked. Use wiring and mounting suited to your load current.

Test
Restore power and check the load switches on and off with the control signal.

Solid State Relay 10A/25A/40A, 3–32V DC Control
A solid-state relay (SSR) that switches AC loads from 24V to 380V AC using a low-voltage 3–32V DC control signal from an Arduino, Raspberry Pi, PLC or PID temperature controller. With no moving contacts it switches silently in under 10ms, and zero-crossing switching reduces electrical noise. Dielectric strength is 2500V AC and it operates from -25°C to +75°C. Choose the 10A, 25A or 40A version to suit your load. 1-year warranty.
