Yes. This is an automatic/manual transfer switch. AUTO provides automatic changeover to an available backup supply; MANUAL gives operator control. Follow the unit instructions for changing modes and do not force the handle while it is in AUTO.
Is this the single-phase or three-phase version?
This is the three-phase, 4-pole version, rated 125A. Other transfer-switch listings in this family have different pole counts, current ratings and operating modes; check all three before ordering.
Can I connect a generator or inverter as the backup source?
A compatible AC backup supply can be used as part of a correctly designed three-phase installation. Ask your electrician to verify its voltage, frequency, output capacity and wiring arrangement. The switch selects a source; it does not generate or store backup power.
Will the transfer be completely uninterrupted?
The published switching-time figure is under 8 ms. This does not guarantee that every appliance or sensitive device will continue without a reset. Backup power must already be available; equipment requiring uninterrupted power needs a suitable backup design.

The amiciSmart 125A dual power automatic/manual transfer switch is designed to select between main and backup AC supplies in a three-phase installation. It is a four-pole changeover device for homes, shops, workshops or commercial panels where its ratings and installation requirements match the application.
Automatic changeover with manual control
Automatic mode transfers to an available backup source when mains power fails. Manual mode provides operator control when needed. Follow the product instructions for mode changes and manual operation; do not operate the handle forcibly while AUTO is selected.
