How to use

Plan circuit with a licensed electrician + MCB
With your electrician, check the single-phase supply, 63A suitability, cable capacity and the upstream MCB.

Install on DIN rail and set limits
Electrician wires L/N in and out per the device diagram (neutral must be correct). Set OV / UV / OC and reconnect behaviour for your site.

Check readings and trip behaviour
Check the LCD V/A/W/kWh readings, then test the protective trips and auto-reconnect under supervised conditions.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need the With Mount option?
Buy With Mount (1xTOMZN-DDS238-VAP-M) if you want the mount accessory included. Without Mount is the meter/protector alone.
Can this replace my MCB?
No. It must be combined with a miniature circuit breaker (MCB) for short-circuit protection. Use it for metering and adjustable voltage/current protection alongside an MCB, not instead of one.
What are the factory defaults?
Over-voltage 270V, under-voltage 170V and over-current 40A, with a short default switch-on delay. Always check the settings in your unit's menu.
Is installation DIY / no electrician?
No. As a 63A device that needs short-circuit protection, it should be planned and installed by a qualified electrician. The neutral must be connected correctly for the protector to work.
Does it meter solar export?
It measures bi-directional total active energy, but it is not a replacement for a utility net-metering meter.
