How to use

Disconnect charger and loads
Work on the pack with everything disconnected.

Connect the balance leads in order
Wire each lead to its cell in the order marked on the board, and check each with a multimeter before plugging in. A wrong or shorted lead can damage the board and the cells.

Mount and monitor
Fix the board where air can reach it and check cell voltages after the first charge.

A 4S inductive active balancer that moves energy from higher-voltage cells to lower ones at up to 2A instead of burning it off as heat. It supports LiFePO4 (LFP), Li-ion and LTO cells within a 2.8V–4.2V per-cell window, and starts balancing automatically when cells differ by 45mV (±15mV). Rated for -15°C to 65°C and 10%–70% humidity. It is a balancer, not a BMS. 1-year warranty.
