Delivery, Cancellation, Returns and Exchange Terms
Delivery of products may take 3 – 10 working days . In case of unforeseen / unexpected delay, the same shall be intimated to you. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other parameters.
Cancellation of order can be done from our side any time before shipment of the product. In case product is already shipped, Customers are advised to refuse delivery in case they want to cancel the order.
We will exchange the Product without any extra charges
If you have any problem or quality issue with the product.
If the product delivered is different from what was ordered or not as per the order specification.
If the product was found in a physically damaged condition or was found defective when package opened.
If you are not satisfied with the product and just want to return it.

Products will be exchanged only if they are returned in the same condition as received and subject to the following terms:
Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Amicikart
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
Sent in a physically damaged condition.
